I went to bed at 9 pm last night and woke up at 3 am this morning. Here it is 4:13 am and I'm still awake. My sleep habits are all messed up. It's going to be hot and sunny today with a high of 93. Today I will make it to the pond to swim for a bit. Maybe that's when I will take a nap because I know I am going to need one. I need a job so I can get my sleep habits on a routine again - this really sucks.
I got to thinking lately about how a person's actions speak louder than words and that is so true. A person can say anything but the actions - that is where the true meaning comes in. And then again, if there are no words and no action - that says a lot as well. It speaks heaps actually.......
