Thursday Afternoon.....

The day has gone well. Here it is into the late afternoon. It's been a beautiful day today. My doctor appointment went well - got refills on my needed medicine for BP and Cholesterol. All my numbers look good - too bad my old bones and muscles don't know that lol! My hands, wrists and arms hurt from working - but that's what happens with the repetitive work that I do. I wear arthritis gloves at work and they help and I think I am going to invest in night splints that you wear while you sleep to keep your wrist from moving. I ordered the new Matchbox Twenty CD today.

I listened to it and I liked it. I wanted the CD so I could listen to it in the car and stereo in the kitchen. I still haven't found out how to take a mp3 and burn it to a disc that will play in the stereo or car. I'm doing something wrong I guess........ Leftovers for supper and I'm gonna throw in a small load of laundry then maybe I will head over to Second Life for a bit..... ;-P
