Well, today is my last day of work in the office at least - for a while. Surgery is tomorrow at 9:30 am. I have to be at the hospital at 7:30 am. I still plan on working on the work web page and other various things from home - when I get home - pain be damned - and Lord willing.
I have had tremendous support during my whole ordeal from the past 6 months from my husband and his family, my church (English Lutheran), the church congregation at the church where I work (Grace Mennonite) and my daughter and grandkids. So many cards, well wishes, food and love from them all. I don't know how I could have made it without them. It's good to have somebody to talk to when I get down - and it's wonderful to have so many good people praying for me. Now, it's time to get over this next step and move on.
I probably won't post anymore until I get home after my surgery. I should be in the hospital about 5 days - give or take a day or so.
Monday Blessings.....
