Just got back from getting blood work done so I have it for my CT chest scan on Wednesday. They need to see what my creatinine level is because they inject a contrast when I have the scan and they need to make sure my kidney function is ok - since I'm over 60. It's my second 3 month scan. Not sure when I will start getting 1 year scans. The scan itself is not bad.

I'm a little anxious about it (the results) - I imagine it will always be a part of my life - being anxious about scan results, but it is something I have to live with. My life has changed drastically the last few years -  I have a new normal to get used to. The CT machine looks similar to the one below. Really, nothing to it :) All is well and I am so thankful!

Time to get to household chores! I will leave with this verse:

"So do not fear, for I am with you;
    do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;

    I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

Isaiah 41:10  (NIV)
