Yesterday was a good day. I enjoyed  my ride to Lima (in the sunshine) for a follow-up appointment with Dr. Vedula, my radiation oncologist. He said I looked great! Vitals were good. Said he would see me again in 6 months. He was in an exceptionally good mood I thought LOL. He said I was like a coconut or a camel retaining fluid (water) in the cavity where my lung was. We laughed and laughed Ha! 

Anyway...........

Next week, I have an appointment with my lung surgeon, Dr. Mawulawde, to go over the CT chest scan that I had last week. April 17 another appointment with Dr. Hatton, medical oncologist - then April 24 appointment with family practitioner. My stomach doctor wants to see me as well. All follow-up appointments. After these appointments are done I need to see my audiologist to get my hearing checked again. I think the chemo made my hearing worse. Then eye appointment to get my eyes checked. 

On another note, Rosie Posie Roodle, our standard poodle, is being our little red-headed problem child.  (But she is cute as a button and so so happy!) She has chewed up two books in as many days. I have to make sure there is NOTHING around that she could get into. She is like a toddler. I may have to get the crate out again. A lot of the problem is me, I don't take her out to exercise as much as I should. Now that the weather is breaking I will get her out more.  I do not want to put her back in the crate while we are gone. She has much more energy than Riley did at her age. She will be 1 year old on April 11th. Riley has settled down a lot. He will be 4 years old on June 4th.

Hoping for a good day today at work. I have a lot to accomplish! Thursdays are always so busy. Everything has to be done for printing on Friday morning for Sunday's service. Power Point also has to be done and this week I have the April newsletter, although I am still waiting on some content from somebody - I may put the newsletter off until April 1- that will give me the weekend to edit.
