My ex and I moved to Rock Springs, Wyoming back in the 70's when he lost his job in Detroit. I got a job at a Coal Mine in the office. I even got to go down in the mine on a shuttle car with the hat and light on and thought it was cool. We also had to slip through some tunnels as well. What an experience! We were only there a year - I got homesick. It was too far away from my family. I was about 22 year old.
