I wasn't born in Bluffton but I have lived here for 30 years. Still, since I wasn't born here and have no relatives in this cemetery I feel that I really don't have a voice however, if I did have relatives buried here I would not want the cemetery to be turned into a memorial place. I think the original headstones should be where they should be. Graves that are missing headstones should have something put up to replace them then keep the cemetery neat and clean. Nothing hard about that......people walking around over graves in a park like setting is not a good idea....
