Okay, so the girl who was removed from the classroom is in foster care. I'm sorry to hear that. Sure, I bet it's awful. Many people have a hard life (I had a hard life). This girl had at least three chances to leave before the authorities present felt the need to call the officer to remove her.
Again, I think the officer had other alternatives that would have been better but he got the job done. The girl needs to take responsibility for it as well. Perhaps, more then he does. She caused the problem. She is the problem.
If she doesn't get the help that she obviously needs - she won't have to worry about somebody removing her from a classroom. She will be another troubled criminal on the street doing drugs and eventually locked up in prison. She needs to learn to take responsibility for her actions.
Sometimes learning the hard way is the best way. I know......
