It is so heartbreaking - I am stunned - but not surprised. There is such EVIL in the world and this EVIL is here in the US as well. I pray for the victims and I pray for France. There is no negotiating peacefully with the vile human beings who are responsible for this tragedy. Violence begets violence.....I pray for the end of the killing of innocent people.....
