Sooooo....Issue 3 did not pass. Legalization of marijuana. It's sad that people who would benefit won't be able to legally get it here. I understand however, that many people want to be able to grow and be caregivers to get in on the action. I think that's why it didn't pass. Hopefully on the ballot again soon, at least for medicinal marijuana.
Ohio sucks in more ways than one......
