BBC's The Truth About Sugar reveals how to quit sugar |

 "It is one of life's little treats - and something most of us crave. But sugar is fast becoming the latest health concern, with experts warning it could become the new tobacco. In the UK we consume more than one million tonnes of the white stuff every year - an average of 15 teaspoons a day.  The World Health Organisation recommended earlier this month that added sugars - those found in processed foods and honey - should make up no more than 10 per cent of a person's daily energy intake. "
